Out of more than 250 franchises, CPR® Cell Phone Repair was chosen as a top 10 leader in local marketing efforts.
Localogy, formerly known as the Local Search Association, worked in collaboration with SOCi, to publish this report. The LMBR examines how top multi-location brands are performing in the top digital channels covering local search, social, and ratings and reviews.
The LMBR establishes standards for multi-location brand presence and promotion through the top local marketing channels (Google My Business, Facebook, and Yelp), quantifies the presence and optimization of today’s top multi-location brands, and analyzes brands that score above or below the benchmark, thus revealing a target list of best practices for multi-location brands. This year’s report revealed an average benchmark score that was nine points higher when compared to last year’s report, and a direct correlation between localized marketing performance and revenue. As seen for a second year in a row, the top 10 LMBR leaders outgrow their peers in annual revenue growth rate by 3x.

The data leveraged in the Localized Marketing Benchmark Report (LMBR) was gathered by Places Scout in January 2020 and includes snapshots of local page data and performance. Over 250 of the top franchise marketing and property management brands, including over 200k locations, 600k local pages, and 1B reviews, were analyzed by Localogy data experts and used as the basis for the LMBR benchmark scores. This list of brands was determined by a combination of the top 200 largest brands by Franchising Times, the 100 fastest growing brands based on Entrepreneur’s List, and the top 10 Property Management companies based on NHMC’s 2018 Apartment Managers List.
